Eligibility
Individuals with disabilities who are seeking employment. Consumer must be 18 years of age or older and have a documented diagnosis of Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) or Mental Illness (MI) or any type of documented physical disability. Consumer must have a referral from an authorized agency.
