Additional Information
The SmartLink Transit program offers Dial-A-Ride, Medical Assistance and a Volunteer Driver Program.
The Dial-a-Ride program is a shared-ride transit service. Rides are available through a reservation only.
* All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts
* By request, the driver can assist you to/from the outside door of a rider's home to the first door of the destination
* Passengers needing supervision or assistance must bring their own worker to assist them
* Evening and weekend service available in Scott County only
The Hop Scott Volunteer Driver Program provides rides to ambulatory passengers when the Dial-a-Ride program does not have the space or time slot available.

Eligibility
Serves residents of Carver and Scott counties. Able to travel anywhere in the seven county metro area.
Application Instructions
All ride requests are subject to availability and it is recommended to call 2 - 3 days in advance. Reservations can be scheduled up to 7 calendar days in advance.
Dial-a-Ride: Call to reserve a ride.
If you need to cancel a ride, please call at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled ride time to avoid a no show. A message can be left 24 hours a day.
Fees
Medical Assistance: Review the website for reimbursement information.
Dial-a-Ride: Rates vary based on time of day. Riders pay at pick up. Drivers cannot make change, so please bring the correct fare.
