Serves individuals of all ages currently not covered by dental insurance or facing financial challenges.
Dakota, Scott and Carver counties, and surrounding areas
Application Instructions
Call for an appointment or request an appointment online.
If you have dental pain, call or sign up online for a dental emergency.
Patients can attend a triage session on any Monday between 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Other clinic times may be offered depending on volunteer availability.

There is a small fee of $20 for each visit.
