Description
Family Adult Day Services (FADS) provide health, social, and nutritional services to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Services are provided in the license holder's primary residence on a regularly scheduled basis, for one or more days per week. The individual support plan identifies the needs of the person and is directed toward specific goals. A person cannot receive FADS for more than 12 hours in one 24-hour period.

Included are small family day care homes for up to six adults and large family day care homes for seven to 15 adults.
