Eligibility
All financial assistance grants are strictly for individuals with a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota, along with several counties in western Wisconsin (St Croix, Pierce, Polk, and Douglas) and one county in Nebraska (Dakota)
