Description
Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care.
Additional Information
Helps with the medical costs for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering illnesses.
Provide financial assistance grants to eligible individuals to help cover:
* Prescription copays
* Health insurance premiums, deductibles and copays
* Out-of-pocket expenses for supplies, supplements, surgeries
Eligibility
Patient must:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Be currently under treatment for a covered disease
* Have insurance that covers part of the cost of treatment
* Have income that falls within their guidelines
* Be using a medication listed as an eligible treatment
* Be receiving treatment in the United States
