It is the nation's only high speed intercity passenger rail provider.


Minnesota offers train (rail) stations at the following locations and offers trips between them:
* Detroit Lakes
* Duluth Transportation Center (connecting bus line)
* Red Wing
* Rochester (connecting bus line)
* St. Cloud
* St. Paul Union Depot and Minneapolis- St Paul Airport)
* Staples
* Winona


Train stations are also in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Fargo/Grand Forks, North Dakota.
